What You'll Do:

  • Manage and Optimize Routes: Ensure efficient and timely service for all clients across designated routes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support a team of pool technicians to deliver top-notch service.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of pool maintenance, including water chemistry, equipment upkeep, and cleanliness.
  • Customer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on, whether it’s troubleshooting equipment issues or optimizing service routes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in pool maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge: Expertise in pool systems, water chemistry, and equipment maintenance.
  • Attitude: A proactive, customer-focused approach with a knack for problem-solving.
  •  Experience in pool equipment, able to do pump and filter replacments.
