We are excited to represent a forward-thinking company that is growing and seeking to add a strong General Manager to lead restaurant operations for a location in Twentynine Palms, CA. This company operates multiple locations of a rapidly growing restaurant group with more locations planned for the near future. A successful GM with this group can expect growth opportunities beyond the GM position as new locations are opened. The concept focuses on fresh food, quality ingredients, and great customer service to deliver a top-notch experience.

COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary up to $75,000 + Strong bonus potential, benefits package, an amazing schedule, future growth, the potential for profit sharing, PTO, and more

Restaurant General Manager Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of General Manager level experience
  • Experience in a QSR or Quick Casual environment preferred
  • Forward-thinking and progressive approach to management
  • Ability to multi-task and drive a positive culture within the restaurant
