QA Technician (MRB)
Job description:

  • As a QA Technician with an MRB focus, you will be responsible for retrieving all MRB items from the production lines.
  • You will review non-conforming material forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Non-conforming material will be processed through the ERP system, all data entered into TrackWise, and parts physically moved to the MRB area.
  • You will be responsible for emailing suppliers to request RMAs and requesting POs upon RMA approval.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for escalating issues such as supplier unresponsiveness and MRB trends.

Job Skills and Requirements:

  • High organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent typing skills preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

Education

  • High school diploma required
