Additionally they will be responsible for hands on sales execution within the Communities by cultivating leads and converting to move-ins. This role requires the development and maintenance of a positive relationship with the resident and prospects, and cultivate new business through direct and telephone sales, and interactions with professionals.

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred from an accredited college or university with a minimum of three years’ experience working in a senior living community, sales or a related work field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
