Summary:
A major Japanese chemical manufacturer, is currently seeking two motivated individuals to join our sales team. The selected candidates will play a crucial role in seeking prospective clients and contribute to the company's growth. This position is ideal for individuals with sales experience, aspiring to become future managers in a few years.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients in accordance with the industry focus.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications/Requirement:
• Experience in sales roles related to chemical products and materials, specifically with connections to non-automotive industries such as wire manufacturers.
• Expertise in resin/plastic/polymer (C.A.S.E.) sales is required.
• Open to travel as needed
• Ability to independently identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions that positively impact client relationships and sales outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams while taking the lead in managing client interactions and negotiations.
• Exhibit a high level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
