Project Coordinator - Centennial, CO

  • Coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately.
  • Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems.
  • Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • A degree of creativity and latitude is required.
  • Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Day to day:

  • They will be assigned 12-17 technicians and their responsibility is to get the techs onsite to be set up for success, make sure they know what the scope of work is, and any other information they’ll need to know. Once the hardware is installed properly, their responsibility is to hand that information over to the NOC team. Then they will release the technician when the order is complete and close out the ticket
  • Basically, end to end support of a technician on site
  • They will also be doing all of the reporting and tracking milestones within their own system, similar to Excel

Looking for:

  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multi task and handle multiple projects at a time, great note taking and very proficient
  • Technical experience is not required, but definitely a plus and will put them near the top of the list
  • Basic understanding of equipment/internet/telecom a plus
