Do you have a passion for dance and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a fun-loving, energetic individual to join our team at Creative Outlet Performing Arts Center as a part-time Office Receptionist

About You:

  • You have a positive attitude and a smile that can light up the room (especially when dealing with excited young dancers)
  • You're comfortable talking with adults and possess excellent communication skills.
  • You're a tech whiz with a strong understanding of Google Drive and Sheets (think scheduling, managing paperwork, and keeping us organized).
  • You're a multitasking master who can juggle phone calls, greet visitors, and handle administrative tasks with ease.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the dance industry - you'll speak our language

What You'll Do:

  • Be the friendly face of our studio, welcoming parents and students with a warm smile.
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and process registration efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage studio operations using Google tools.
  • Assist with marketing and social media tasks (optional, depending on your skillset).
