Responsibilities:
- Safe Driving: Navigate a 16' or 26' truck (NO CDL REQUIRED) through the greater Kansas City region, using routes that maximize efficiency and safety.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently manage the transfer of bags of clothes and shoes (up to 60lbs) from bins to the truck and to our storage trailer leveraging your physical strength.
- Route Management: Utilize our state-of-the-art app to follow designated routes and document activities seamlessly.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work 1-5 days per week with shifts that can fit around your primary job, whether day or night. Typical shifts last 6-8 hours, providing the perfect balance between work and personal time.

Requirements:
- Age: 25+ years old preferred, but we’ll consider applicants 21+ years old.
- Experience: 1 year of experience driving a 26' panel truck or similar size vehicle preferred, but not required. NO CDL REQUIRED
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: Essential for ensuring safety and reliability.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 60 pound bags multiple times during a shift.
- Background Checks: All successful candidates will undergo national criminal/driving background checks and may be subject to random drug testing.
- Reliability: A proven track record of dependability is key.
