Flora Gems is a 4th generation Family owned company with 168 years of history in Illinois. We have a location in Decatur, and Champaign.

We are searching for our next up and coming sales people to join our team. Our sales positions are an incredible opportunity to learn the jewelry industry and become an integral part of our team.

Income Potential: starting salary $50,000 + based on experience. Trained salespeople are paid salary + bonus compensation based on success of individual and company. Huge potential for income growth.

Our schedule: Tues-Friday 8:30-5:45, Saturday 9-4. Sunday/Monday off

Our training: Our sales training process begins by learned the basics of the industry, investing in your education and on the job training. You will work side by side with our sales manager to learn the ins and outs of the business. Our typical training program is expected to be 18 months before a salesperson is educated and trained to sell individually.

Who we want? We want our salespeople to have dynamic, trustworthy personalities, enjoy jewelry, enjoy customers, have emotional intelligence, be competitive, but also know that our priority is relationship and not just selling.

We want someone who is not afraid to put in the work to become highly educated, respected among staff and customers. This is not an easy task and definitely takes the RIGHT person who is willing to learn and grow over time, in anticipation of an exceptional career opportunity and income growth.

Not only do we expect educated, professional, trustworthy, and reliable, quick learner, computer skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills preferred, we also expect personality and the ability to create relationships with customers.
