Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a CEO Assistant to join our team You will be working directly with the CEO/Director.  MUST SPEAK TURKISH FLUENTLY

 

Responsibilities

Schedule meetings and manage calendars.

Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.

Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.

Help with daily time management.

Run errands as requested.

Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.

Drive the Director’s car as needed. Pick up and drop off from the airport.

Coordinate events and speaking engagements.

Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

Expert computer skills. Very good at Microsoft Office Apps.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Excellent sense of judgment

Can stay alert at all times.

Qualifications 

University or Collage Diploma required.

Minimum 1 year experience is a plus.

Turkish speaking as second language.

Ability to pass a background check and obtain an IVP fingerprint clearance card.

Current US work authorization.

Adaptability and willingness to deliver established, proven, rigorous curriculum.

Ability to use technology in the Office.

Contribute to team effort and assist co-workers as needed to balance workloads.
