Production Worker

Full Time, Monday-Friday, 6:55am – 3:25 pm

Compensation: Hourly $16-$18

An ideal Production Worker possesses the following qualities:

  • Cares about making quality products
  • Works well with team members and respects them
  • Honest
  • Reliable (is not late often & does not miss a lot of work days)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Willing to help out where needed

Production Worker roles & responsibilities:

  • Assemble air filters
  • Work with Fiberglass
  • Learn different machines & stations (cross training)
  • Take direction from Production Manager & other leads
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
  • Facilities maintenance and cleaning
  • Make deliveries using our truck when needed
