Job DescriptionJob Description

The Scheduling Coordinator will work each day to ensure the company can perform the necessary work in the field by, (but not limited to):

  • Set up all job starts in BuilderTrend (daily) for Sawgrass, including & verifying the schedule dates line up with the builder schedules

  • Call in 8-1-1’s and document daily in job information

  • Download and Review plans and HLPs for appropriate jobs and load in folder prior to job start

  • Verify all locates have been completed and are documented in the system

  • Pull builder schedules multiple times daily to verify accuracy and update accordingly

  • Address communications from Project Managers and Builders via text, phone, email to coordinate information, updates and field needs

  • Run daily agenda from BuilderTrend to verify 811 tasks are completed as scheduled

The Scheduling Coordinator should display a strong character trait as he/she will be a representation of the company.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic

  • Strong character

  • Scheduling Experience – nice to have but not required

  • Technology savvy – use of Microsoft / BuilderTrend / SupplyPro

  • High degree of customer centric focus – customer service
