Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We are looking for a motivated and personable Bilingual Customer Representative to join our Collision Repair Team 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, answering and making phone calls
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and direct customer issues and concerns to the appropriate department
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of the Collision industry is beneficial but not required
