Job Description: We are in search of a meticulous and experienced housekeeper to join our team on a part-time, 1099 contractor basis. The ideal candidate will possess a fervent dedication to cleanliness and organization, coupled with an impeccable eye for detail. As a high-end home housekeeper with the Estate Manager Team, you will play a crucial role in upholding the immaculate condition of our clients' residences, ensuring that every aspect of their homes radiates luxury and refinement. You will be performing general cleaning and laundry services.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Conduct thorough cleaning of all living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and laundry

· Clean, sanitize, and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, and other frequently used areas to the highest standards

· Expertly change linens and make beds, paying careful attention to presentation. We aim for a resort-style feel.

· Skillfully organize closets, cabinets, and storage areas, optimizing space and functionality

· Handle delicate and high-value items with the utmost care and respect

· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly replenish as needed

· Collaborate seamlessly with other members of the team to ensure efficient, harmonious, and almost invisible operations

· General housekeeping and maintaining of interior and immediate exterior including patios, pool areas

· Monthly deep cleaning

· Deep Cleaning

 

Requirements:

 

· Versed in laundry care and ironing

· Prior professional cleaning and laundry experience in high-end residences, resort-style settings, and/or Golf Club A MUST

· Service-oriented

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess

· Proficiency in utilizing a range of cleaning products and cleaning techniques

· Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in all tasks

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact courteously with clients, colleagues, and manager

· Flexibility to accommodate part-time hours, with the possibility of evening and weekend shifts from time to time.

· Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· Must be fluent in English

· Must possess ability to communicate via app/text

· Must be punctual and dedicated to work hard, have an attention to detail

· Excellent and Solid Work References, verifiable recommendation letters

· Neat appearance, no parfumes, must wear Estate Manager Team uniform shirt
