Large Master Planned Community Association in Chandler seeking a full-time responsible, motivated, and reliable person for maintenance and labor details.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • General Facility Maintenance
  • Pump Station Maintenance
  • Lake Maintenance and Debris Removal
  • Maintain and clean water features, parks, ramadas, playground equipment
  • Perform reclaimed water line repairs
  • Maintain shop, vehicle, and equipment cleanliness
  • Multitask on projects to include Plumbing, Valve Repair, Aerator Repair, and Air Compressor Repair
  • Monitor lake levels, inform supervisor and adjust accordingly
  • Blue Staking
  • Enforce department safety policies and procedures at all times

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Mechanical and Facility Maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Abilities and Skills:

  • Reliable and ability to work well with others
  • Must be licensed driver with clean driving record
  • Familiarity with pump equipment
  • Able to work weekend rotations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full Time / Hourly with minimal overtime
  • Starting @ $18.00 per hour
  • Medical and Dental Benefits available
