Job DescriptionJob Description

The Associate will assist the Center Manager with daily operations of this retail location and ensure the center’s team delivers world-class customer service to all customers. The associate will interact with customers and provide various shipping/packing duties.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 2 year associate college degree seeking to work on a part time or full time basis. The candidate must have the physical ability to perform this job (lifting, bending, etc.), and knows how to listen, follow and help the Center Manager attain defined targets. He or she must have a dynamic personality and must be able to help motivate a team to optimize performance. Previous experience working in a UPS Store is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist customers and provide customer satisfaction
  • Assist with Center maintenance, including cleanliness, safety, and organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma. Associates degree a plus
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills and abilities
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Licensed notary is desirable
  • Previous retail related experience
