Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include but not limited to the following.
- Analyze plant processes, design and implement improvements.
- Troubleshooting issues with hardware and processes.
- Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.
- Supports continuous improvement programs for Health, Safety and Environmental.
- Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.
6. Supports maintenance and production personnel in maintaining production uptime.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field from accredited four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Related experience includes:
· 2 years experience programming machine controls (Allen Bradley or Mitsubishi)
· 2 years experience using GML (Graphical Motion Language) in machine programming.
· Understanding the concept of how to Visual Basic, C or C++ interface operates.
Knowledge in programming and configuring servo control
