We are currently seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within our company. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
  • Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Help with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring they are safe and organized.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment under supervision.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to receive instructions, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehousing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and environments.
