Who we're looking for:

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Field Marketing, to support our global US, UK and Canada markets. This new position will be a key player on our fast-growing marketing team. In this role, you will drive program adoption, and successful execution of events, community outreach, website optimization, localization, recommend campaigns, related communications, and metrics tracking and ROI for demand generation and partner marketing efforts. You will work closely with the sales and strategic alliance teams to develop and manage field and community-based programs to build awareness, drive and nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close.

In this role, you will:

  • End to end planning and implementation of field, community-based and partner marketing programs to drive brand exposure and generate pipeline for the sales team
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders (sales teams, campaign marketing, digital marketing, and technical experts) and company thought leaders (Field CTO, Channel and Product leadership) to help develop and define the integrated go-to-market strategy and then responsible for execution of the field marketing component
  • Manage logistics and execution of all planned events; Including defining event themes, work with outside vendors, swag, event brand experience, and manage events' staffing.
  • Collaborate with the partner and product teams on Aptum's strategic sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and go-to-market plans with our cloud partners (Microsoft, AWS, and Google), IT vendors, industry alliances (Green Software Foundation, Cloud Native Computing Foundation, etc) and influencer communities
  • Lead strategy development and execution of customized virtual and in-person events
  • Coordinate event programs across the regions, often participating in multiple events consecutively.
  • Own & drive executions within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management
  • Guide and ensure consistency of corporate message, assets, etc throughout each campaign and events.
  • Create a trusted and respected relationship with Sales teams and becoming their "go to" for marketing-related needs including support with sales enablement tools and
  • Provide strategic insights, competitive intelligence and recommendations to enhance the company's position in-market
  • Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
  • Drive a culture of collaboration between the product, sales, field marketing and other marketing functions (g. demand gen, global campaigns, product marketing, etc) to ensure seamless communication and alignment
  • Be an Aptum ambassador at events and working collaborative with our partners and external stakeholders

What we're looking for:

  • 7+years of B2B technology marketing experience with an understanding of the channel ecosystems, experience with Cloud Native communities a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Must thrive in a fast paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are required
  • Proven experience in a field marketing role, preferably within a global technology organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with sales teams and leadership
  • Experience in integrating and aligning direct and channel marketing efforts
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful campaigns across global markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
  • Versed in CRM tools such as, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, as well as other office productivity and collaboration tools
  • Proficiency with office productivity applications (g. Microsoft Office, Google Apps)
  • Proven success in managing field marketing programs and relationships with large enterprise sales organizations
  • Experience building and delivering of field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activity
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company
  • The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 campaign
  • Relationship-builder. Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities to drive multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
  • Hands-on execution ability with effective Project management, time management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details driven
  • Exhibit initiative, a sense of teamwork, ability to multitask, optimistic, approachable, and a "can-do" attitude
  • Accountable for the execution and optimization of the marketing mix to deliver key performance indicators and targets including MQL's through our partners
