This is a new contract, and the team is just developing. It's a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a new team using the latest tech in an infrastructure-as-code environment.

Platform Developer. Responsible for development of infrastructure as code, configuration and integration of services to include integration of Continuous Risk Evaluation Engine, Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation, automated cloud security management and custom services to facilitate security inheritance as prioritized by the Government. This position has an emphasis on cyber security.

A successful candidate possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

Requirements

Required Experience:

3+ years software development experience with programming, scripting, or markup languages, that may include golang, Java, JavaScript, Bash, Ansible, Puppet, Salt, Python, C, C++, C#, XML, JSON, or YAML.

Experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment using tools such as terraform

1+ years experience with Amazon Web Services

1+ years experience with Kubernetes

1+ years experience with Linux operating systems, command-line interfaces, network technologies

Active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligibility

Compliance with DoDD 8570.01-M IA certifications; IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications such as Security + and an AWS certification

Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology related area of study. 6 years of experience implementing IT systems may substitute for academic degree.
