We provide our patients with first class service before, during and after treatment. We intend to build a lifelong partnership with our patients and their families and make our practice their dental home.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a distinctive patient experience with every patient both in person and over the phone
  • Answer calls, and schedule new and existing patients for dental treatment
  • Greeting patients and families with a warm and welcoming demeanor, gathering necessary information such as patient demographics, insurance information, and updated health history
  • Coordinating with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming patient waiting area
  • Collect patient payments and post them to their patient ledger
  • Update necessary documents into patient chart
  • Outbound calls to patients for confirming upcoming appointments
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Additional duties as needed such as assisting with laundry, taking out the trash, refilling supplies in restrooms, and any other necessary tasks in our office


Requirements:

Requirements


  • A positive attitude and a genuine interest in working with children
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Passion for delivering the best experience
  • Ability to collaborate and be team-oriented
  • Proficiency with computer systems and office software (Word, Excel, Teams, etc)


Preferred

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office
