Pay:
$21-$25/hour
Schedule:
Full-Time , 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location:
On-Site West Jordan Office
Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator with experience in Health Care to join our team in Utah. In this role, you will develop close relationships with our clients, nurses and directors. As a patient care coordinator, you will assist the clinical team by supporting hiring needs to positively impact our clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate coordination of client and nurse schedules to cover shift needs
- Process all time off requests, update schedule as indicated
- Maintains a professional relationship with clients, field clinicians and office staff
- Assume other job functions as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience working in home health (preferred)
- 1+ year scheduling/coordinator experience (health care environment preferred)
- Previous Computer, Microsoft office experience
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail, maintaining records/database
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical Thinking and enjoys problem solving
