Make a difference as a Prep manager

As a Prep Manager at Marco's Pizza Dickson, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all daily food preparation is conducted in a timely manner in accordance with local, state and federal health codes as well as Marco's Pizza policies and guidelines. Daily food preparation includes dough, which is made fresh in the store several time per week. Your secondary responsibility will be to assist in making food on the line between prep cycles, answering phone, taking orders and otherwise assisting customers and store managers in daily tasks. These daily tasks might include putting away the food truck once or twice per week depending on your shifts.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Be professional with all Marco's Pizza customers
• Promptly handle all customer concerns by delighting each of our customers
• Willing to open and close our store according to Marco's Pizza standards; including counting nightly inventory and cash control
• Willing to be coaches to higher management levels
• Willing to perform all Marco's Pizza Prep Management functions and store operations
• Willing to perform and uphold Marco's Pizza daily cleaning duties
• Willing to maintain a safe and organized restaurant for employees and customers

Hour Available:

• This is a full-time hourly position
• Candidate must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am to 10am am and 5pm to 6pm.
• Some weekends will be required
• We are closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Physical Demands:

• Applicant must be able to use their hands and arms repetitively, stand for extended periods of time, use their feet repetitively (specifically walking around), bend over, twist body and head, reach above shoulder level, kneel to ground level, push and/or pull, or move and/or lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally, the applicant may need to push and/or pull or move and/or lift over 51 pounds.
