Centillion’s high-density DNA chips benefit from a multidisciplinary approach, integrating material sciences, molecular biology, and diverse engineering disciplines, including microfabrication and efficient coding algorithm design. These chips also capitalize on advances in optics, microfabrication, material sciences, genomics, and artificial intelligence. To develop this powerful genomics tool, we require a highly multidisciplinary research team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced computational and statistical methods for analyzing large-scale genomic data in the field of spatial genomics and long DNA sequencing.
  • Collaborate with molecular biologists and other scientists to design and execute experiments that generate high-throughput genomic data.
  • Interpret, analyze, and visualize complex genomic data to extract biological insights in the area of spatial genomics and long DNA sequencing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in bioinformatics and genomic technologies, and contribute to the development of new computational tools and methods for spatial genomics and long DNA sequencing.
  • Contribute to scientific publications and presentations, and participate in project planning and progress reporting in the field of spatial genomics and long DNA sequencing.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is required.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one scripting language, such as Python or R.
  • Experience with genomic data analysis, especially with high-throughput sequencing data in the field of spatial genomics and long DNA sequencing.
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics software, tools, and databases for spatial genomics and long DNA sequencing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and interpret complex data.

The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is between $75,000 to $175,000. The pay ultimately offered may vary based on objective considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. An annual cash bonus and equity grants may be provided as part of the overall compensation package, in addition to a full range of financial, health and wellness benefits, dependent on the position offered.
