Position Overview: Are you someone who is outgoing, driven, and eager to learn? Do you possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Associates, with absolutely no prior sales or automotive experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Learn about our products, services, and promotions to effectively promote and sell vehicles.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • No prior sales or automotive sales experience necessary - we will provide comprehensive training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
