Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple cross-functional agile delivery teams
  • Work with our stakeholders and product owners to understand their expectations, opportunities, and goals for their products
  • Execute with a high sense of urgency, provide updates to your teams, stakeholders, and Product Owners around any issues.
  • Provide active coaching and mentorship to direct reports in alignment with the company culture and values
  • Collaborate across IT and business areas to assure efficient use of technology to solve business problems and increase operational efficiency
  • Foster collaboration amongst teams and leaders regularly and ensure effective communication across team and business lines
  • Implement best Software Development practices with your teams
  • Assist with creating and driving application development initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ Years of professional work experience on an Product Development Team
  • 2+ Years of experience as an IT Leader
  • 2+ Years of experience in an Agile environment
  • Computer Science-related degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring team members, and empowering team members to grow their skills, regardless of their role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical team members
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Experience with client management, including expectation setting and relationship management
  • Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • This position requires on-site attendance.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the mortgage industry
  • Experience with work tracking tools, like Jira
