Job Summary: Frank Kent Motor Company is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Experienced Luxury Automotive Salesperson. This is a full-time commission-only sales job in the auto industry. As a top luxury automotive dealership in Arlington, Texas, we are looking for an individual contributor who is passionate about cars, sales, and providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive commission-based salary structure ranging from $35,000 to $250,000 per year
• Semi-monthly payments
• Company-provided training and development opportunities
• Opportunities for advancement within the company

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our luxury automotive brand, models, features, and competitive advantages
• Understand and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our vehicles to potential customers
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Conduct test drives and accurately explain the performance and features of our vehicles
• Create and maintain a customer database to follow up on potential leads
• Negotiate and close deals with customers in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively meet sales targets
• Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Prior experience in luxury automotive sales is required
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Passion for cars and the automotive industry
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales software
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends
