We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the marketing field to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company.

Pay:
$22.50 - $32.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create and update content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and website content
  • Coordinate and organize marketing events, such as trade shows and conferences
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and content creation
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
  • Previous experience in marketing through internships, coursework, or personal projects is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
