Are you an organized and enthusiastic individual with a passion for event planning? Think Tell Junction is seeking an Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Orlando, FL. As an Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals in a supportive environment where your ideas are valued and your creativity is encouraged.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Create and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Assist in the development of event marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
