Work with Willow is working with a client that is looking for full-time, remote Bilingual LMFT to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, and have experience working with children, adults, and families.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide counseling to a diverse range of populations. The Therapist will work with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and provide support and guidance. They will also work with other members of the treatment team to coordinate care and ensure that clients receive the services they need.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work from an accredited program, and be licensed as an LMFT in the state of California. The candidate will also have experience working with kids, adults, and families, and have a strong understanding of the challenges that they face. The candidate will be a compassionate and patient individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to conduct sessions in English and Spanish.

This is a full-time, remote position. The LMFT will be expected to work 40 hours per week, and will be provided with a laptop and other necessary equipment. The LMFT will also be provided with ongoing training and support. This is a W2 salaried role with medical, dental, and vision insurance along with paid time off and a 401k match.
