Marketing Manager

Our client Anthem Structural Engineers is a local Colorado-based Structural Engineering firm. They pride themselves on delivering diverse and innovative projects across various sectors. They are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development/Marketing Manager to join their team.
Position Overview: The Business Development/Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of their firm by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and executing strategic marketing plans. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Coordinate and attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of market research, analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with the Colorado market and local industry trends is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
