Starting pay $15/hr
Potential on-call bonuses
1-hour lunches
Evaluations every 90 Days, with a potential raise
Grow into a Crew Chief and Lead your own team
On the job training and Self-Paced training via Servpro University (online)
Acquire Certifications for Fire/Water Restoration
Dry/Clean/Demo damages from Fire and/or Water in Residential Homes and Commercial Businesses
Use iPads and other technologies to document damage and your work on every project
Must take pride in your work
Treat Customers home and belongings with respect
Be a great team member that lends a hand anytime she/he can

Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Ability to pass drug screen
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
