Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their accessory needs and providing product knowledge
• Manage inventory of accessories and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Order and receive accessories in a timely manner
• Install accessories on customer vehicles when needed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and new products in the automotive accessory market
• Work closely with the Parts and Service departments to ensure seamless integration of accessories with vehicles
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized showroom of accessories
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge and passion for automobiles and accessories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
