Job Title

Products Manager - Digital & Treasury Management

Banesco USA is seeking a Products Manager - Digital & Treasury Management for our Customer Experience Department.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Partner with Treasury Management and other teams to manage roadmaps for all digital products.
  • Oversee and actively participate in product projects, requirements discovery, solution design, development, and implementation, user personas, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify key capabilities needed and potential issues.
  • Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
  • Develop product marketing initiatives for positioning, messaging, and differentiation from competitors.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance for continuous improvement.
  • Manage Treasury Management products and services, and executing marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Develop product descriptions, implementation guides, marketing tasks, and provide training to sales teams.
  • Manage product key performance indicators, trend analysis, and product pricing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis, staying informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences.
  • Understand and stay current in the industry’s product and technology landscape, bringing new ideas to the team.
  • Knowledge of SQL; experience with Q2 and CoreIQ is a plus.
  • Responsible for accountable for risk, openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for completing annual training program assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Experience: three (3) to five (5) years of proven experience as a Product Manager in Digital and/or Treasury Management solutions or similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
  • Passion for getting great products to market.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a collaborative, fast-changing environment.
  • Strong consultative and well-articulated communication and writing skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Identifies new opportunities by creating bonds of trust with team members.
  • Understanding of business processes related to digital and treasury management products.
  • Ability to have fun and a willingness to try new things and challenge the teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex concepts/data and present simple solutions.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work well independently and with different teams. Self-starter, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and comprehend instructions, procedures and policies ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills in order to identify problems.
