Student Achievement metrics:

  • Achieve and maintain "Very responsive to messages" badge on all Facebook social media accounts.

  • Responses to 100% of comments & engagements on social media & Google reviews within 24 hrs.

  • 3 weekly posts per social media page (includes BridgePrep network page)

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting and converting potential students through social media and online advertisements.

  • Monitor and respond to reviews on Google and Facebook to maintain a positive online reputation for the academy.

  • Respond promptly to all comments, messages, and engagements on social media platforms, striving for a 100% response rate within 24 hours.

  • Coordinate with the website team to ensure family updates, calendars, events, and other information are seamlessly integrated with social media content.

  • Foster engagement with current and prospective families through social media interactions and creative campaigns

  • Ensure a consistent and strong social media presence that aligns with our brand identity and values

  • Address and resolve parent complaints professionally and effectively on social media platforms

  • Work with the marketing team and external vendors to create & order marketing materials for schools in our network

QUALIFICATIONS
