Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of customer data from various sources, including surveys, transactions, and digital interactions.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards that highlight key customer insights and trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into business strategies.
- Conduct segmentation and profiling of customers to identify key demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable strategies.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and tools to analyze data and generate predictive models.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer insights and analytics.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing support in their professional development and project work.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical methods and data modeling.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of analysts.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior analysis and market research methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
