Job Summary: Due to exceptional clinical success and high-quality patient care, Quality Psychiatric Health and Wellness is GROWING and now hiring remote/telehealth LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW providers to provide care throughout California. We are hiring for an adult provider and a children and adolescent provider.
What You’ll Do:
  • Provide individual and family therapy; participate in weekly consultation meetings; timely completion of required paperwork (intake, progress notes, reauthorizations, discharges).
  • Potential applicant is an interdisciplinary team who provides direct assessment, diagnosis formulation, treatment planning, treatment intervention and psychoeducation to individuals and/or family members.
  • Collaborate with our team of professionals to offer comprehensive holistic care.
  • Partner with patients to empower them in improving their mental and physical well-being.
  • Demonstrate appropriate documentation and writing skills to compose logical and detailed correspondence.
  • Document patient care in a comprehensive and promptly manner
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in psychiatric care and contribute to continuous improvement within the clinic.

What You’ll Need:
  • Master's Degree Required
  • Mental health counseling: 3 years (Required)
  • Therapists must be fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD or similar credentials
  • A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
  • Excellent written communication.
  • Must have professional liability insurance.
  • Reliable Internet connection.
  • Currently residing in the CA
  • California LMFT, LCSW, OR LPCC License (Required)
  • Have an active California professional license LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW
  • Have experience with child/adolescent therapy.
  • are passionate about mental health-care and illustrate personable and warm demeanor and delivery culturally sensitive care.
  • Have experience providing services in an outpatient setting.
  • Can learn and manage multiple technological platforms.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Are timely, diligent, detail-oriented and can work well in a team.
  • Are comfortable treating depression, anxiety, and trauma.
  • Have active professional liability insurance (preferred), and valid NPI number.
  • Can meet the credentialing requirements for major insurance panels.
