Essential Functions

  • Oversee and manage all facets of dining room operations to ensure a smooth and exceptional guest experience.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction among the dining room staff.
  • Provide training and supervision for all dining room staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the dining room to maintain consistency and high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold our upscale image.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and synchronized food service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and prompt manner.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
  • Maintain an inventory of dining room supplies and equipment, coordinating with relevant vendors.
  • Assist in menu planning and pricing to align with our commitment to quality and authenticity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Experience in beverage handling and inventory management.
  • Wine knowledge is preferred.
  • Outgoing and positive attitude, fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure/high-stress situations with grace and composure.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the dining room team.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures to manage supplies efficiently.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Wage

Annual Salary plus quarterly and annual bonus program available.
