Job Opportunity: Banquet Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our team at Alpine Country Club, managed by Troon International. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare function sites and ensure meeting rooms are set according to specifications.
• Serve food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
• Set dining tables, buffets, and other service areas as per the Banquet Event Order or as directed.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
• Maintain a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
• Assist in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs before they arise.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months of banquet setting and service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Demonstrate good energy and motivation.
• Knowledge of banquet set up.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
