Job Description

This Senior Marketing Manager position is responsible to get new machine owners to make projects on their Cricut machine early and often during their onboarding period. They are also responsible for growing channel reach across our user base for email, push, SMS, etc.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Gaining deep understanding and empathy for new machine owners
  • Analyzing user data, and triangulating insights to form marketing strategies to deliver on KPI’s
  • Partnering and supporting broader onboarding team to deliver on KPI’s
  • Developing tactics/campaigns to deliver on strategies
  • Leading cross-functional team to execute of marketing tactics/campaigns
  • Analyzing results and quickly adapting and pivoting as needed to deliver KPI’s

This position reports directly into the VP of Engagement. This person is also part of a broader cross functional onboarding team, whose focus is helping new users succeed.

The right individual for this role will have the following qualifications:

  • Strategic: Comfortable and effective at developing strategy, with strong business acumen and the ability to develop a supporting business case.
  • Cross-functional leader: Works effectively across teams to deliver results, builds relationships, establishes trust, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in lifecycle marketing: Possesses deep knowledge of cross-channel CEP campaigns and marketing automation systems like Braze, MoEngage, or Salesforce.
  • Skilled in project management: Thinks big picture, executes details, organizes and prioritizes multiple projects, demonstrates sound judgement, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Educated: Holds an MBA or BA/BS in Marketing or related field, or possesses equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency and 5-7+ years of B2C lifecycle and campaign marketing experience.
