Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Responsibilities: 
  • Design, develop and apply analytics methods and solutions for issue detection, trend analysis, and process performance analysis to enable oversight and to ensure high quality of data collected in ongoing clinical trials.
  • Data Review for outsourced clinical trials, Phase 1-4.
  • Collaborate globally with study teams and functional management in defining and selecting appropriate metrics, methods, and tools including pattern recognition, trend and outlier analysis for early detection of issues and signals.
  • Perform holistic review of aggregated clinical, quality and performance data and proactively address quality or performance issues jointly with the study teams in line with issue management and risk-based quality management processes.
  • Contribute to process improvement and development of efficient procedures for Clinical Data Review and other cross-functional data quality-related initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in natural sciences, medical documentation, data science, statistics or related life science field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of Statistical Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Study Scientist.
  • Experience with clinical trials and data queries.
  • Understanding of regulation and guideline e.g. ICH, GCP.
  • Experience in data standards and terminology.
  • Excellent understanding of and experience in all aspects of data cleaning procedures.

Compensation:
Base salary is determined by several factors that include, but are not limited to, a successful candidate's qualifications, skills, education, experience, business needs, and market demands. The role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, which include flexible paid time off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance.
