Compensation: $15.00-$17.00
Experience Level: Customer Service Required/ Auto Industry Experience preferred
Join our team at Sanel NAPA as an Counterperson As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll be the friendly face of our retail store, assisting individuals with their automotive needs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining inventory records, ensuring timely delivery of parts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize workplace safety and adhere to company protocols.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers, answering questions and offering solutions for auto parts needs.
- Support fellow team members and customers with product knowledge.
- Operate various equipment including computers, credit card machines, and telephone systems effectively.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with managing inventory and fulfill orders promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school experience preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive parts or willingness to learn.
- MUST HAVE Valid driver's license/ clean motor vehicle record preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.
- Physical capability to lift and move various weights, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
