Technician – Collision Center Northwest
Job Summary: The responsibilities of a Service Technician include diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.

Compensation and Hours
- Compensation: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
- Monday – Friday
Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
- Communicate with parts dept to obtain parts to perform repairs.
- Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to complete the job in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with employers' values in all interactions.
Service Technician Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on work experience as Automotive Technician in a reputable shop (preferably OEM dealership or franchise) environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and hands on skill preferred.
- High volume mentality
- Proficiency in basic computer skills required.
- Positive attitude
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Washington State Driver's License (or ability to obtain upon relocation)
- Clean driving record
Pre-employment
- Pre-employment testing; including drug, background, and motor vehicle reports.
