Objective:


The roof repair personnel is responsible for repairing any roofing work properly by Kino Roofing standards, industry standards, and up to code. The roof repair personnel is also responsible for ensuring that the job is up to the standards they were before a storm hit or a repair was needed, and that it is watertight. The roof repair personnel is also responsible for following safety procedures.


Kino Roofing is a fast-growing company. We need a roof installer with excellent communication skills, experience, and leadership qualities to properly install roofing systems.

To thrive in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, communicate well, work in a team, and be highly attentive. We are looking for an individual who is not afraid to work hard, work in a team, and to do things right. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:


1) The project must be installed according to manufacturers specifications and must be up to industry standards and up to code.

2) Know how to be efficient and ensure the production of the repair is done.

3) Must know all the roofing codes and have knowledge of common roofing materials.

4) Must double check the completed work to ensure that everything has been completed correctly and it is watertight.

6) Must get jobs done as scheduled unless unforeseen circumstances occur.

7) Must ensure at the end of every day the roof is watertight in case of any overnight rain.

8) Know all safety procedures and must wear their PPE daily.

Qualifications/Requirements:


1. Must bring hand tools and a tool belt daily.

2. Be responsible for personal tools.

3. Knowledgeable in roof systems.

4. Reliable and Dependable
