The Investment Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in the Investment Operations team, focusing on maintaining precise and efficient processes for trade execution and client account management. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy working with consistent processes, and have a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will support the team in ensuring that all trading activities are carried out smoothly and accurately.

 

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: Depends on Experience

Benefits: 3 weeks of earned Paid Time Off

Location Preference: Sheridan, WY


Responsibilities

  • Execute trades and maintain client accounts with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure all transactions are processed correctly and on time.
  • Organize and manage financial data related to investment strategies and client accounts.
  • Work with custodians and brokers to ensure smooth and efficient trade processing.
  • Provide clear and consistent support on trade-related inquiries for client accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to refine and improve existing processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-structured and efficient workflow.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or transferable experience (such as bookkeeping or accounting)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage routine tasks effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with repetitive processes, such as bookkeeping or data entry.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
