QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION TECHNICIAN
- IICRC Certifications is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry 45 lbs for 100+ feet
- Ability to be on call 24/7
A background in restoration, demolition, mold cleaning, and construction is a plus. An Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) would also be beneficial, but we are willing to train the right candidate if they have industry experience. Do you enjoy helping others? Are you an excellent communicator? Can you work well both independently and as part of a team? Are you safety conscious and observant? Do you learn quickly?
