The Multifamily Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving targeted traffic and rental income for communities and the company. They devise and execute innovative strategies that include digital marketing, website optimization, social media engagement, Google presence, and reputation management. They ensure that DLP Capital's brand guidelines are maintained across all assets. Acting as the key driver of local traffic, they leverage cutting-edge digital marketing to exceed revenue targets for 2024. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with communities to deliver effective messaging, marketing, and branding strategies aimed at maximizing leasing potential and enhancing resident experiences. Their strategic approach shapes community perception and positions them for long-term success in a competitive market

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  • 3+ years in multifamily housing marketing
  • Knowledge of multifamily housing market trends and demographics
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and making data-driven decisions
  • Creative ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Adaptability to changing industry landscape and market conditions
  • Attention to detail in marketing materials and data analysis

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote apartment communities and attract prospective tenants.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing including website content, SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and signage.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics and market trends.
  • Regularly meet with the onsite teams to assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Oversee the social strategies of our Dream Live Prosper communities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors such as ILS advertisers, prop tech partners, designers, and printers.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to branding guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Organize and coordinate monthly calendars of promotional events and community outreach activities to engage with prospective tenants.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in apartment marketing.
  • Provide training and support to leasing teams on marketing initiatives and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners to enhance brand visibility.
  • Implement a robust and measured resident referral programs and other incentives to encourage tenant retention and word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Manage the JTurner platform comprehensively, overseeing surveys, reputation management, and social calendars efficiently.
