Global Marketing Manager

Schedule:

Full Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday

Position Summary:

The role of a Global Marketing Manager is to oversee and guide the marketing strategies and activities of a company on a global scale. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that align with the company’s overall objectives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and creative departments, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing plans for different regions and target audiences
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and partners
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional activities across different markets, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends, and apply them to enhance marketing strategies and tactics
  • Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams, offering direction, training, and resources as needed
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural sensitivities when executing global marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives to senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements

Position Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global marketing management, preferably in a multinational company or with extensive international exposure
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is often preferred.
