Role – Lead Product Security Architect – Remote

Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Lead Product Security Architect to join its Information Security Office (ISO).

The ideal candidate has an architecture track record in the majority of the following fields: application security, cloud security, public/private/hybrid cloud infrastructures, client/server applications, and network security. The ideal candidate will be a proven people and program leader, capable of driving a unified security architecture program.

To be successful in this position, the candidate will need to be able to deliver architectures for the security architecture program, collaborate to define the direction for security domains, and possess a deep technical understanding of security as a business enabler. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively across project teams is a must. A strong track record in cyber security is critical, but the willingness and drive to improve security overall is even more important.

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and support adoption of security solution patterns

Develop, maintain, and support adoption of technical security baselines

Develop and deliver security solution architectures for enterprise projects

Ensure implementation of security architecture throughout project lifecycle

Ensure the development of security-related epics and features for project teams

Manage proofs of concept for new and emerging security technologies

Work with partners to ensure advancement and adoption of security direction

Ensure the security architecture needs of a diverse set of project teams are met

Required Qualifications:

· BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience

· 8+ years experience in various security and technology domains

· 3+ years designing for security domains

· 2+ years designing for business, application, data, or infrastructure domains

· Expert in documenting architectures

· Expert at securing web, mobile, and microservices

· Experience in cloud platform security

· Experience leading projects

· Experience in modern development and delivery platforms

· Experience communicating security concepts and direction clearly to business and IT owners

Preferred Qualifications:

· MS in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent field

· Experience architecting security solutions for financial environments

· Experience with application or infrastructure security, including endpoint and network
