Closing Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Closing Kitchen Manager to join our team at MTN Prime Steakhouse in Idaho Springs, CO. You will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations during evening shifts and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met.

This is a hands-on position. You will be expected to assist with cooking and nightly clean-up duties alongside the staff. Our managers are all hands on and all work hard, so we're looking for someone that aligns with our culture. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
